Green Monster Smoothie

This great recipe comes to us from Meatless Monday!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c avocado
- 1 tsp ginger, fresh
- 1/2 c apples, granny smith; chopped, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 c lentils, green; cooked
- 1 c blueberries, frozen
- 1/2 c spinach
- 1 c pea milk, or other milk alternative
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
In a blender combine lentils, ginger, spinach and cinnamon, blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add frozen fruit and avocado, begin to blend, adding pea milk slowly until mixture is smooth and well blended.
