Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect information from you when you register on our website, subscribe to a newsletter, make a purchase, respond to a survey, fill out a form, enter other information on our website, or subscribe to our Services. To register with us, we will ask you to provide us with your name, email address and password. When you place an order for our Services, our third party payment provider will collect payment information in order to process the transaction. For online payments, we use the payment services of Stripe. We do not process, record, or maintain your credit card information. In addition, you have the option to finance your Lettuce Grow purchases using Affirm. How We Protect Your Information

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security risks and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our website as safe as possible. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, or enters, submits, or accesses information, to maintain the safety of personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. All payments for orders are processed through our third party payment provider Stripe, and all payment method information is processed, recorded, and maintained by Stripe. We do not process, store, or maintain any payment method information.

How We Use Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the website's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. Users can visit our website anonymously. We also honor Do Not Track signals and do not leverage cookies or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Children Under the Age of 13

Email Communications

Communication via SMS Text

Recipients of SMS text messages can opt out at any time by contacting customer service or responding "STOP" to the generated SMS text message.

California Privacy Rights.

California law grants additional privacy rights to California residents. Lettuce Grow does not sell any personal information in the common meaning of the term “sell.” However, because Lettuce Grow’s participation in ad networks for the purpose of targeted ads may constitute a “sale” under the broad CCPA definition, Lettuce Grow hereby discloses that it shares device identifiers and internet activity with its advertising partners to facilitate ad delivery.

Users Outside the United States
