Roasted Figs with Fresh Herbs
The herbaceous flavor of thyme is a perfect match for the natural sweetness of figs. We can't get enough of this combo!

Ingredients

  • 12 ripe figs, halved lengthwise
  • 16 sprigs thyme

Instructions

Step 1

Place figs and thyme sprigs on baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining herbs and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.

Step 2

Roast in oven at 425°F for 10 minutes.
