The Pick-Me-Up

When it comes to wellness, Matt believes that consistency is key. That’s why he starts every single morning with a freshly blended smoothie, full of nutrient-rich fruits, veggies, and greens. Not only are his signature blends great for fitness junkies and on-the-go professionals, but they’re also a great way to get kiddos excited about daily servings of the good stuff. (Expect requests for second helpings.)

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 4 - 6 mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 c kale or tatsoi
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c frozen banana slices

Instructions

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients in a blender.

Step 2

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
