Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 c toscano kale
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 date
- 1 banana
- dash cinnamon
- 1 c almond milk
- 1/2 c ice

Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
