Tonnato and Crudite

Ingredients
- 6.7 oz jar tuna in olive oil
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- to taste kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- for drizzling good quality olive oil
- chopped veggies for serving like purple broccoli, purple snow peas, radicchio and other colorful vegetables
Instructions
Step 1
In the bowl of a food processor, combine tuna and all of the oil from the jar, mayonnaise, lemon zest, and juice. Blend until smooth, taste for seasoning, and add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Transfer to a serving vessel, and drizzle with a bit of good olive oil and more fresh pepper.
Step 3
Chop dipping veggies and arrange on a serving plate.
Step 4
Bonus points if you put it all on a big platter of ice!
