The real MVP of soups, sips and snack times.

Celery juice may be all the rage, but it’s just the tip of this very crisp iceberg: This tender, easy-to-raise variety thrives in soups and stir fries, too. Serve it with plant-based yogurt or peanut butter for a back-to-school treat the kiddos will totally crave - and possibly share.

Harvesting tips

Mature celery stalks with reach 18 - 20" with lime green foliage and long, smooth, broad stalks. Harvest individual celery stalks as needed or harvest the entire plant when it reached a mature size.

Cool stalks immediately after harvesting by placing them in water. If freshly harvested celery is bitter then you should store it in the fridge just above freezing for a few days in to improve flavor!
