Grilled Salmon & Broccoli with Lemon-Herb Butter

Ingredients
- 4 Salmon filets
- 1 head Broccoli
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- to taste salt and pepper
- Garnish Fresh thyme
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the salmon fillets and broccoli florets with olive oil, and season them with salt and pepper.
Place the lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
Grill Salmon & Broccoli:
Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Grill the broccoli alongside the salmon for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
Make the Lemon-Herb Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Remove the salmon and broccoli from the grill.
Drizzle the lemon-herb butter over the grilled salmon and garnish with fresh thyme.
Serve immediately with the grilled broccoli on the side.
