Here's to Your Health Salad

This great recipe comes to us from Farmhouse Delivery!
Ingredients
- 4 c mixed greens (romaine, arugula, spinach, tatsoi, etc!)
- 1 bunch kale, chopped fine
- handful mixed herbs, stems removed, leaves coarsely chopped
- 1/4 c mint, stems removed, leaves coarsely chopped
- 1 small head, green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 bunch green shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1/4 c hemp seeds
- 1/4 c raw walnuts
- 1/2 c dulse
- 2 avocados, peeled and cubed into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 c liquid amino acids or tamari (for the dressing)
- 1/4 c lemon juice (for the dressing)
- 1/4 c flax oil (for the dressing)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, warmed (for the dressing)
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- to taste salt & pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl, drizzle with dressing, and toss to coat.
